CCC or Civilian Conservation Corps basically resembles a military base. It was run by Armies. This CCC was built with 2 purpose:
=> Provide outdoor employment to depression-idled young men
=> To give solution to the employment problem about protection, development of the natural resources and improvement.
This way, they believe that CCC would be the solution to economic growth problem.
Later on, CCC companies were able to do projects with National forests and state owned property protection and improvement.

The structure of the CCC resembled a military organization, as it was run by the U.S. Army and featured military-like discipline and training. Young men were organized in camps, working on conservation projects with a focus on teamwork and objectives. Thus, the correct option is A. A military organization.
