What is the scientific notation for 70,400,000,000?

7.04 x 10 to the power of positive 10
(Don't know if you need to know how to do this for others but if you do...)
The first number (before the times sign) in scientific notation has to be between 1 and 10. You then always use x10 to the power of x, the value of x depends on how many spaces you are moving the decimal place. The value of x can be a positive or negative value, it is always positive if you move the decimal place to the left, and always negative if you move it to the right.
