I would like to pick an animal or plant cell for a 5th-grade school project. What should I use and where do I start?

Aint this Biology (science) but anyways am, jus chose a green plant, something simple with a thin stem then disect it and put it under the microscope and then try to identify the structures of the cell based on knowledge of a plant cell structure
