In a human karyotype, each somatic cell contains 23 pairs of chromosomes, including 22 pairs of autosomes and 1 pair of sex chromosomes. The correct statement is option B, which says each cell has one pair of sex chromosomes. Options A and C contain inaccuracies, making all of the options not true at once.
