How does matter move through the biosphere, and how does energy move through the biosphere?

Matter moves through the biosphere due to energy, energy allows stuff to happen such as chemical reactions and that, so say for example you want your car to move as matter through the atmosphere/biosphere it will start of a fuel right so the fuel begins out as a chemical energy, this energy then transfers into multiple energies which are kinetic, heat, sound and light, and there are 9 types of energy so the only way matter moves through the biosphere is through kinetic energy and energy moves through the air while transferring and kinetic energy

In the biosphere**, matter is cycled and recycled among organisms,** facilitated by decomposers, while energy takes a one-way path through ecosystems, moving in the form of ATP and being lost as heat in energy conversions. These mobile processes result from interactions among living systems and with their environment. ;

Matter moves through the biosphere in cycles, such as the carbon and nitrogen cycles, where it is recycled among organisms and their environment. In contrast, energy enters ecosystems as sunlight through photosynthesis and flows through different trophic levels, being transformed and lost as heat. The movement of matter and energy is essential for maintaining life on Earth.
