Since it talks about long and wide and there is no a triangluar bedroom we use rectangle Change first to improper 1 1/8=9/8 9 3/4=39/4
Now Perimeter of it is 2(l+w)=P 2(9/8+39/4)=P 9/4+39/2=P Their LCM is 4 9/4+78/4=P 87/4=P

The perimeter of Frank's bedroom can be calculated using the formula P = 2 ( L + W ) . After converting the lengths from mixed numbers to improper fractions and calculating, the perimeter is found to be 41.75 feet. This account for both the length and width of the room accurately.
