If [tex]T(n) = 2n + 3[/tex], what is the 3rd term?

T(n)=2n+3 it is easy :) you should just plug in 3 to the n and it is the answer :)

T ( 3 ) = 2 ⋅ 3 + 3 = 6 + 3 = 9

To find the 3rd term of the function T ( n ) = 2 n + 3 , substitute n = 3 to get T ( 3 ) = 9 . Therefore, the 3rd term is 9.
