To work this out, we need to figure out what 18.5÷8 is so we know how many times less soup there is. The answer to 18.5÷8 is 2.3125 This means 18.5 is 2.3125 times bigger than 8, which also means that 524 will be 2.3125 times bigger than our answer. To get that answer, all we have to do now is do 524÷2.3125 = 226.594594 To the nearest whole gram, the final answer comes to 223g

Henna has approximately 227 grams of soup. We calculated this by finding the grams per ounce from the total grams in a can. Multiplying the grams per ounce by the 8 ounces she has gives us the final answer, rounded to the nearest whole gram.
