I believe the answer is 14.4 gallons of fuel. To get the answer, I did x over 18 = 20% of 100. You cross-multiply to get 100x = 360. Divide each side by 100 to get x = 3.6. Subtract that from 18 gallons to get your answer.

You currently have 3.6 gallons in your tank, which is 20% of its 18-gallon capacity. To fill the tank completely, you need to add 14.4 gallons of fuel. So, the answer is 14.4 gallons.
