Is it enough to be "suspected" of terrorism, or should these suspects have the right to a fair trial instead of being detained indefinitely?

Every one is innocent until proven guilty so even if it was a suspected terrorist it still counts

The question of detaining terrorism suspects versus granting them a fair trial raises fundamental legal and ethical issues. Historical laws like the USA Patriot Act and NDAA have allowed for indefinite detention without trial, raising human rights concerns. It is vital to balance national security with the need to uphold due process and civil liberties.
