If you are only given the slope-intercept form of a line, how would you sketch the line?

If you're only given the slope you can't graph the line on an x and y axis because there are no intercepts. But if you are given slope intercept equation, y=mx+b, b is the y intercept and then you find and plot that and then m is the slope and find another point on the line and draw a line through those two points and that is the graphed line.

To sketch a line from its slope-intercept form y = m x + b , first identify the y-intercept b and plot it. Then, use the slope m to find another point, plot it, and draw a straight line through the points. Remember to label your axes for clarity.
