First thing you have to find LCD ( lowest common denominator) 12 is the lowest one:
126 4 1 ​ = 126 12 3 ​
78 3 2 ​ = 78 12 8 ​
now its all about substraction:
126 12 3 ​ − 78 12 8 ​ = 47 12 7 ​
so the difference is 47 12 7 ​
or you can do it in a bit diffrent way
126 4 1 ​ = 126 12 3 ​ = 12 126 ∗ 12 + 3 ​ = 12 1515 ​
78 3 2 ​ = 78 12 8 ​ = 12 78 ∗ 12 + 8 ​ = 12 944 ​
substraction again:
12 1515 ​ − 12 944 ​ = 12 571 ​ = 47 12 7 ​
