To increase the speed and also show how extremely important this case was to tge childern with colored skin who had to travel long distance to learn because they were not allowed to go to White schools. Colored School had little school funds and the school were torn and beat up while white school were in good conditions meeting all heath qualifications and education standards.

because of the phrase " with all deliberate speed" but they weren't moving fast enough, so he repealed again to make the case of segregation move faster.

Brown v. Board of Education was argued twice, first in 1954 when the Supreme Court ruled that segregation in public schools was unconstitutional, and again in 1955 to address implementation challenges. The second hearing clarified how the ruling should be enacted, emphasizing that desegregation should occur with 'all deliberate speed.' This process highlighted both the legal and social complexities of desegregating schools in America.
