First of all, a meter is equal to 100cm. 1 m = 100 c m
Seb made a jump of two and a half meters . ( 2 2 1 or 2.5 )
Multiply 100 by 2.
100 ∗ 2 = 200
Now we need the half. What is half of 100? 50 is half of 100.
So, add 50 to the 200.
200 + 50 = 250
Kirsty's jump was **10 centimeters **longer.
Add 10 centimeters to the 250 centimeters. 250 + 10 = 260
Kirsty's jump was 260 centimeters high, or 2.55 meters.

Kirsty's jump was 260 centimeters long, which is equivalent to 2.6 meters. This was calculated by adding 10 centimeters to Seb's jump of 250 centimeters. Therefore, the total length of Kirsty's jump is 260 cm.
