The answer is A, homozygous donimant - although i have a feeling that the question you posed was not right, were both the parents meant to be homozygous? or should one be heterozygous? (it's just that would be a better question!)

The term that describes the parents of the child with a widow's peak is A. homozygous dominant, as both parents have the genotype WW. This means they both carry two dominant alleles for this trait. Therefore, their child will also exhibit this dominant trait.
