It's mostly tropical rainforest because the equator is so humid and so it's very muggy and hot there!

Tropical rainforests are the primary biome located near the equator, characterized by high temperatures and abundant rainfall year-round. These forests support a rich biodiversity of plant and animal life due to their warm and humid environment. Major locations of tropical rainforests include the Amazon Basin, the Congo Basin, and Southeast Asia.
