parameter is 30 means side are 3 and 27

Two rectangles can have the same area of 81 square inches but different perimeters. Rectangle 1 can have a perimeter of 36 inches with dimensions 9 inches by 9 inches, while Rectangle 2 can have a perimeter of 60 inches with dimensions 3 inches by 27 inches.
