Gravity ALWAYS does that, and electrostatic force does it when two objects have opposite charges.

Gravitational force, magnetic force and electric force

The force that pulls objects toward one another is called gravitational force or gravity. It is always attractive and affects any two objects with mass. Gravity's strength depends on the masses of the objects and their distance apart.
