Annex is a map shows the full extent of the empire under his rule. It's almost covered all the lands once held by the Roman Empire, but a lot of that in the end be lost in the years after the death of Justinian.

At its height around 555 CE under Justinian I, the Byzantine Empire spanned regions including the Balkans, Egypt, Anatolia, and parts of the Iberian Peninsula. This period was marked by significant architectural achievements, including the creation of the Hagia Sophia. While much of the territory was lost after Justinian's reign, this era represents the empire's greatest geographical and cultural expansion.
